"Come and See" Preview Night

The Bible Institute of the Diocese of Joliet (BIDJ) is opening up two new institute sites this September.  One will be at St. Jude’s in New Lenox and will meet on Saturday mornings beginning in September.  In order to understand more about this diocesan program, St. Jude’s will host a “Come and See” preview night on Wednesday, May 23rd from 7:30-9 pm in Franciscan Hall, 241 W. Second Ave. (enter from west parking lot).

At the “Come and See” evening, attendees will meet the BIDJ teacher and current students of the program and have the opportunity to learn about how this kind of Scripture study can help you grow in your Catholic Faith.  You will also have the opportunity to view the materials used in the program. You need not be a member of St. Jude Parish to attend the “Come and See” event or join the Bible Institute program this fall.

Other parishes around the diocese will also host “Come and See” evenings throughout the summer for your convenience.  For more information, contact St. Jude Faith Formation office at 815-463-4283.  For information about the BIDJ, go to www.dioceseofjoliet.org/reo/ or email: carol@scriptureschool.org.
