With the hectic holiday season and winter in full swing, come to the library to learn how to take the stress out of your day and put the sanity back in! Kara Kristie, an experienced massage therapist, yoga enthusiast and Energy Master Reike will teach participants techniques and exercises rooted in yoga and breathing to calm your day. This event will be held in the meeting room on the first floor.
