In summary, the seminar will be taught by Dennis Wright from Dennis Wright Martial Arts. The seminar, available to ladies 12 years and up, is ideal for those that wish to defend themselves while out walking on trails (for example). The instruction will include various strikes and kicks from upright as well as ground positions. The seminar is all hands-on and will leave students with something that can be utilized as soon as they walk out the door.
