This lecture, intending for anyone at high risk of falls (due to dizziness, vertigo, age etc.) is invited to attend this lecture sponsored by Village Of New Lenox, Safe Communities America Coalition and AthletiCo Physical Therapy.
Topics will include information on what causes dizziness and how to avoid it, fall risk assessment, preventing injury, tips for activity modification and seasonal tips to prevent falls.
