Calling all Teens: Is that the growl of a monster or the growl of your stomach? Think this summer has been hotter than dragon’s breath? Come to the library to chill out and chow down at an Ice Cream Social.
To celebrate the final week of the 2011 Midsummer Knight’s Read Summer Reading Program, the library will host an ice cream social event for teens! We’ll have a Creative Sundae Contest as well as games to play (including our bean bag toss) and much more.
All are welcome—even if you didn’t have a chance to participate in the reading program this summer, stop by and have a scoop on us!
If you did participate, remember that the last day to turn in logs will be Saturday, July 23rd. The event will be meeting at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19th in Meeting Rooms A & B.
