Lincoln-Way Central’s Matt Mikolajczak may only be a sophomore this season, but he threw a no-hitter in his varsity baseball debut last year and finished 4-1.
This spring, Mikolajczak has become the team’s top pitcher. Through April 24, he had picked up three of the Knights' eight wins. He was 3-2 on the season, while the Knights were 8-8-1.
