3 local Girl Scout Troops Visit White Pines Dude Ranch

New Lenox Girl Scout Troops 103, 749, and 750 spent a weekend together at White Pines Dude Ranch in Oregon, IL. Since 1958 White Pines Ranch has been host to thousands of Boy & Girl Scout Troops. White Pines Ranch covers 200 acres of beautiful woods, pastures, horse trails and a naturally formed sandstone canyon. The dedicated staff leads numerous activities including horseback riding, swimming, hiking, horse studies with grooming, scavenger hunts, wildlife education, along with campfires and nightly games/activities. The girls especially enjoyed horseback riding.
