The Harvey teen wouldn't pay for a train ticket, according to the cops, so he got a free ride to the police station.

A Harvey teen tried riding a Metra train out of Joliet for free but did not get very far.
Isiah Carter, 18, was arrested and taken off the train at the first stop in New Lenox.
