VIVITROL SPEAKER AT HERO MEETING

HERO is proud to announce that on Tuesday, June 9th, Adam Rondeau, Associate Director, Government Affairs and Policy from Alkermes in Waltham, Mass will be speaking about Vivitrol.

Vivitrol is a medication which when injected into an addict prevents the craving for heroin for a month at a time. This is the nextarrow-10x10.png weapon in the war on heroin.

The meeting will be held at Lincolnway Christian Church, 690 East Illinois Highway, New Lenox, Illinois at 7:00 p.m. Our regularly scheduled meetings are the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.

Participantsarrow-10x10.pngcan also be trained in the use of Narcan to prevent overdoses. The training and the supplies are free. If you need child care please e-mail tstoeckley@lincolnway.org.
