Joliet Couple Welcomes First Baby Of 2023 At Silver Cross Hospital

NEW LENOX, IL — The first baby of 2023 born at Silver Cross Hospital has a long line of siblings waiting to meet her—nine, to be exact.

The baby girl—whose first name has not been disclosed—was born to Amanda and Benny Davila of Joliet, at 1:55 a.m. on Jan. 1. The little one weighed in at 7 pounds, 9 ounces, measuring 20.5 inches.

"Congrats to Amanda and Benny on the birth of your beautiful baby girl," the hospital shared on social media.
