Kennedy School students spread holiday cheer at Dessert & Craft Fair

A celebration of creativity and festive spirit brings St. Coletta's of Illinois community together

The Lt. Joseph P. Kennedy School for Exceptional Children brought festive joy to the St. Coletta’s of Illinois community with their annual Dessert & Craft Fair on Dec. 6, showcasing students' creativity and culinary talents that amazed attendees with their craftsmanship and holiday spirit.

Guests had the opportunity to browse a delightful selection of handmade crafts, perfect for gift-giving or holiday décor, while savoring a variety of delicious homemade desserts prepared by the students. From intricately designed ornaments to beautifully baked treats, the fair was a true celebration of talent and hard work.

“The students’ enthusiasm and dedication were evident in every craft and dessert,” said Kennedy School Counselor/Administrator Denise Schwieger. “Their efforts not only brought the holiday spirit to life but also highlighted the incredible potential and creativity within our Kennedy School community.”
