Lincoln-Way Collects Items For Children With Cancer

NEW LENOX, IL — TEAM Asset and the Lincoln-Way Community are collecting items for children and teens hospitalized with cancer. The district said items for donation can include toys, books, crafts or gift certificates. All items must be new and unwrapped, and no stuffed animals will be accepted.

The items will be contributed to the Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation, the district said. Treasure chest items are then provided to toddlers up to 18 year olds.

You can drop off items at Lincoln-Way Central on Friday, March 8.
