Lincoln-Way Hockey Program Hosts Skate Event for 7th and 8th Graders

Lincoln-Way Hockey is excited to announce the first of two “7th and 8th Grade Skate with Lincoln-Way” events, scheduled for Saturday, October 5th at 6:00 PM. The event will take place at the Homewood-Flossmoor Ice Arena.

Participants will have the unique opportunity to practice on the ice with Lincoln-Way coaches for one hour. This is a great introduction on what to expect at the high school hockey level. Following the practice session, coaches and board members will be available to answer any questions from parents. The evening will conclude with a pizza party for families from 7:15 PM to 7:45 PM, and attendees are encouraged to stay and watch the Lincoln-Way Varsity team face off against Providence at 7:50 PM.

To take part in this event, players must be fully equipped with hockey gear and have a current USA Hockey number.
