Lincoln-Way Marching Band Named 2019 Grand Champions
The band will now head to the Bands of America Super Regional in Indianapolis.
NEW LENOX, IL — The Lincoln-Way Marching Band has been named the grand champion at the Illinois State Marching Band Championships two years in a row. The district said the band competed at the championships Oct. 19 at Hancock Stadium at Illinois State University in Bloomington.
Next up, the band will compete in a national competition against 87 bands from across the country at the Bands of America Super Regional in Indianapolis Oct. 26.
