Lineup Set for New Lenox Triple Play Concert Series

Mayor Tim Baldermann announces the bands that will take to the Commons for the series.

Triple Play fans, your lineup is set.

Kenny Loggins will kick off the series June 20. The second show will be the Steve Miller Band on July 18, and Lynyrd Skynyrd will close the series September 5. Ticket prices for the full series will be $75 for residents, up from $50 last year.

Ticket sales will be done differently this year. Sales will start Saturday, April 18 from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. at Village Hall, 1 Veterans Parkway—a switch from the usual opening day of Monday. Tickets will be available for New Lenox residents only. As previous years’ ticket supplies have sold out so quickly, opening day quantities will be limited to 8 tickets per resident.

Should any tickets remain on April 20, the 8-ticket limit will be lifted, however only New Lenox residents can purchase tickets. Opening acts will be announced in May.
