Man Filmed Under Teenager's Dress At Target: New Lenox Cops
Evidence was recovered from the store and the man's cell phone that supported what a witness told police, prosecutors said.

NEW LENOX, IL — A Tinley Park man is accused of taking video under a teenager's dress at Target with his cellphone, according to New Lenox Police. David Grzeslo, 49, was charged with one felony count of unauthorized video recording.
Grzeslo was taken to Will County Adult Detention Facility and released March 14, police said.
According to police reports, an officer was dispatched to Target, 2370 E. Lincoln Highway, at 3:20 p.m. March 13. Police said a friend of the teenager saw Grzeslo aim his cellphone under her dress inside the store. She had been unaware he did so at the time.

Police met with the teen, the witness and store security, and the officer was able to find Grzeslo, according to police reports. He was taken into custody and brought to the New Lenox Police Department.
