New Dunkin' Donuts For New Lenox Being Built

It's a two-bay building. What tenant would you like to occupy the second site?

NEW LENOX, IL - It's hardly unusual for some businesses to have multiple locations in a growing vibrant community and New Lenox is no exception. Amin Panjwani and his family operate a Dunkin' Donuts at the Walmart store, at a location on Laraway Road and within a few months they will be finally ready to open their third Dunkin' Donuts for New Lenox. Construction on that building along Route 30 is well underway this winter. It's being built next to New Lenox Fire Station 1, which is located at 261 East Maple St.

According to village officials, the new Dunkin Donuts should be ready to open for customers this coming summer. It will feature a drive-thru window. The donut and coffee shop will tap into the steady flow of people who park at the nearby commuter lot to take the Metra train to work every day.

But there remains one element of mystery with this new commercial development.
