New Lenox Approves Property Tax Refund Program

NEW LENOX, IL — The New Lenox Village Board recently approved the 2019 property tax refund program for residents. This program rebates 50 percent of the village portion of a resident's property tax bill.

According to the village, the property tax rebate applications were mailed on Nov. 24, and the completed application is due Dec. 31.

The village has also requested that residents use the drop boxes for the rebate applications. According to the Village Facebook page, the boxes are inside Village Hall or you can use the outside water bill drop box.
