New Lenox Approves Site Plan For Dental Office

NEW LENOX, IL — At its Aug. 12 meeting, the New Lenox village board approved a site plan for a dental office. The dental office will be located at 202 Vancina Lane, near 5 Guys and LA Fitness off of Route 30.

At the meeting, Robin Ellis, Director of Community Development, said this is the final vacant lot in that commercial area.

The dental office is just under 5,000 square feet, Ellis said. The building would be brick, and the office had not yet submitted information about signage.

The entrance to the businesses off of Vancina will be temporarily relocated while construction begins on the project.
