New Lenox Cheerleaders Win Three First Place Titles

Local athletes from Dreamz Elite Allstars in New Lenox nabbed three first place competitive allstar cheerleading titles on November 9th Champion Spirit Group - Cheer for the Cure Championship competition in Tinley Park, Illinois.

Members of Dreamz Elite Allstars won the Grand Championship award in the Youth - Level One division in a field of eight teams, as well as first place wins in Senior-Level Two and the Senior Co-ed- Level Four categories.

In addition to the competition awards, the team came home with three additional awards:  Best Tumbling, Best Choreography and Best Sportsmanship.

“It’s very rewarding to see the judges express such confidence in our athletes,” says Kimberly Scherp, a former Chicago Bulls Luvabull cheerleader and co-owner of Dreamz Elite Allstars.  ”All our teams have worked extremely hard, spending many evening and weekend hours perfecting their routines.  It‘s great to see their hard work recognized.”  Dreamz Elite’s half season teams are forming now.  For more information please contact info@dreamzelite.com.
