New Lenox District 122 Bowlers Place At IESA State Finals
Ryan Marszalek from Alex M. Martino Junior High placed second, and Cameron Krause from Liberty Junior High placed ninth.
NEW LENOX, IL — Two New Lenox District 122 students finished in the top 15 at the IESA Boys State Bowling Tournament. According to the IESA website, Ryan Marszalek from Alex M. Martino Junior High placed second, and Cameron Krause from Liberty Junior High placed ninth.
Marszalek was just two points behind first place, and had a score of 2088. Krause was two points behind eighth place and had a score of 1969. Both students are eighth graders at their respective schools.
The first place individual was Devan Skridla from Rockford-Eisenhower. Rockford-Eisenhower also was first in the team finish as well. The tournament was held April 12-13 at Town and Country Lanes in Joliet.
