New Lenox Lions Club Plans Annual Fashion Show

NEW LENOX, IL — The New Lenox Lions Club will once again host its annual Garden Party Fashion Show on Sunday, March 24. The show will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the VFW Post 9545, 323 Old Hickory Road.

“This is the eleventh year for the show," Lisa Kline, Fashion Show Chairperson said in a release.
“We love that the Lions Club brings together our local business owners for this event and
uses local ladies as models. I can’t wait to see the different looks that walk the runway
this year.”

According to the club, there is a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, door prizes and various local vendors. Funds raised help provide eye exams and glasses, access to vision and hearing testing for children, Christmas baskets to families in need, scholarships to area students and more.

The club said the show will feature fashions from Briosa Boutique, Moody Blues Boutique, To the Nines on 9th and Black Tie Formal Wear. The MC of the event will be Carol McGowan from WCCQ 98.3 FM.

Tickets for the show are $25 per person and include soup, salad, dessert buffet, and wine.
