New Lenox Lou Malnati's Opening Date Set

Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria will open the doors to its 44th pizzeria in New Lenox, Illinois on Monday, February 15, 2016 at 4 p.m.

The new pizzeria is located at 2510 East Lincoln Highway, (815) 900-7450, and will offer carryout, delivery, and catering services. The menu will feature Lou Malnati’s famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza, and a wide variety of other menu items. Store hours will be Monday-Thursday 4 to 10 p.m. and Friday-Sunday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The Malnati Organization has had an interest in expanding into New Lenox for some time and is looking forward to joining the area according to Stu Cohen, Vice Chairman of the Malnati Organization.

“We are thrilled to be able to join the Village of New Lenox. As a thriving community and a great place to raise a family, we feel it is a natural fit for a Lou Malnati’s,” said Cohen.

Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria is a family-owned company famous for deep dish pizza and staying true to the original Chicago-style pizza recipe. The Malnati Organization stresses consistency in quality, service, and food, offered in a unique environment by a staff that is committed to one another, the customer, and the community. A 45th location is planned in the Old Irving neighborhood in March and the company’s first out of state location will open this spring in Phoenix, Arizona.
