Robert Seeman has hired the Chicago law firm of Nolan and Nolan.

"P.T. Ferro Construction was doing construction work in and around an area that it knew or should have known would be used by the public in walking in and around Joela Drive ... the plaintiff was walking on Joela Drive when he came to the area where the defendant had created the dangerous conditions.
"That as a direct and proximate cause of the negligent and careless acts or omissions committed by the defendant the plaintiff lost his balance and fell," Nolan and Nolan informed the court.
