New Lenox Police Hold Self-Defense Class For Women
The class will be taught by Master Jung, and will teach you how to protect yourself.
NEW LENOX, IL — New Lenox Police will hold a self-defense class for women on Friday, June 7 at 7:30 p.m. Police said the class will fill up quickly and is limited to the first 40 women. New Lenox residents are given preference during registration.
Participants must be 18 years or older. According to police, the class will be taught by Master Jung, and will teach you how to protect yourself.
The event is free and will be held at Jung's Champion Tae Kwon Do, 2433 Joliet Highway, in New Lenox. You can register by emailing tladd@newlenox.net.
