New Lenox Had 3 ID Thefts Last Week
The victims lived on Cooper Street, Tonell Avenue and Laurel Bay, according to police.

NEW LENOX, IL - Over the weekend, New Lenox police officers were busy responding to a domestic violence call involving 24-year-old resident Lance Hosman, who remains in the Will County Jail charged with three crimes. But Hosman's arrest was not the only noteworthy case for the New Lenox Police Department during the past week. Below are some of the other cases being investigated, including a trio of identity thefts.
IDENTITY THEFT INCIDENTS:
October 18

At 2:20 p.m. officers responded to the 1000 block of Cooper Street. "The complainant advised that unknown
subject(s) opened up several accounts using their information and made fraudulent charges without their permission," New Lenox police reports indicate.
October 19

At 1:20 p.m. officers responded to the 100 block of Tonell Avenue. "The complainant advised that unknown
subject(s) opened up an account using their information and made fraudulent charges without their permission."
October 22
At 6:23 p.m., officers were called to the 800 block of Laurel Bay. "The complainant advised that unknown
subject(s) made a fraudulent withdrawal from their bank account without permission."
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
October 20
At 8:15 a.m. officers responded to the 700 block of Lake Road. "The complainant advised that an unknown subject(s) sprayed an unknown substance on the vehicle."
