New Lenox Resident Gets Scholarship From Hospitality Association
Todd Pinta, an alum of Lincoln-Way West, was one of 26 recipients of an award from the Illinois Hotel & Lodging Association.

NEW LENOX, IL -- A New Lenox resident attending DePaul University is one of 26 college students statewide to receive financial aid through a scholarship from the Illinois Hotel & Lodging Association. Todd Pinta was named a 2017-2018 IHLAEF scholarship winner and will have his share of the $54,000 in total aid given out by the organization.
Pinta, a DePaul sophomore and alum of Lincoln-Way West High School, is one of 26 students pursuing hospitality management degrees in the state to have been chosen for the award. He is currently an intern at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago while pursuing a degree in hospitality leadership at DePaul.
The IHLA is a not-for-profit trade association that represents the lodging industry in Illinois.
