NuMark Credit Union Announces Brookfield Zoo Youth Contest Winners

Joliet, Illinois, May 2015 – NuMark Credit Union announced the four winners of the Brookfield Zoo Family Membership Passes that took place in April during Credit Union Youth Month. Avery Nuzum of LaGrange, Cheyenne Jett of South Wilmington, Elizabeth Klimek of Tinley Park and Logan Brandon of Plainfield were the four lucky winners of the zoo membership passes.

During Credit Union Youth Month credit unions celebrate young members and help them develop healthy saving habits. Each year credit unions across the country promote savings to their youngest members. “Wild about Savings” was the theme for this year. When youth members stopped into a NuMark office, they were able to enter into the Brookfield Zoo drawing. They just needed to make a deposit into their existing youth account, opening a new youth account, or submit a colored picture of their favorite zoo animal.

“We were very excited to offer Family Membership Passes to Brookfield Zoo for the Credit Union Youth Contest prize,” says Kari Endres, NuMark Credit Union Vice President of Marketing. “It’s a prize that the entire family can enjoy not just once but several times during the year.” The Brookfield Zoo Family Membership Passes include, free admission for two adults, free admission for the adult’s child(ren) or grandchild(ren) under the age of 18, one free guest admission on each visit with a member, six one-time-only guest passes, free admission to the Hamill Family Play Zoo, and eight one-time use attraction tickets.
