Personnel News from Quinlan Security Systems
Marie Kanofsky was promoted to Service and Installation Manager

Steve Quinlan, owner of Quinlan Security Systems announced that Marie Kanofsky was promoted to Service and Installation Manager. Kanofsky has been with the company for three years and started as dispatcher. During that time, her responsibilities have increased to include the scheduling of any job that comes through including parts ordering, stock inventory and service dispatch.
“Marie is doing a great job and continues taking on additional responsibilities. She also provides in-house technical support including assisting in solving service calls remotely,” Quinlan said.
As Kanofsky explained, Quinlan is focused on providing excellent customer service, and keeping security systems up and running. When service calls come in, they are routed to her and frequently she can solve the service call remotely. In fact, for the first six months of the year, 51% of service calls were able to be solved remotely. If a call can’t be solved remotely, Kanofsky than schedules a service team to go onsite.
