Phony Painkiller Prescription Spotted at New Lenox Walgreens
The prescription was dropped off at the Nelson Road drugstore.
Someone dropped off a phony painkiller prescription at a New Lenox Walgreens.
An officer was sent to the Walgreens on Nelson Road about 11:15 p.m. Saturday. When he got there, he was told an “unknown person dropped off a fraudulent prescription for Norco,” police said.
The case was assigned to detectives.
