PROSPECTS BASEBALL WINS 9U USSSA WORLD SERIES
Congratulations to the Prospects Baseball organization for winning the 2015 USSSA 9U World Series hosted in Indianapolis in June!

The 9U Lincoln-Way Prospects Travel Baseball team followed in the footsteps of so many successful Prospects teams since 2008. They claimed the 11th World Series/Nationals Championship for the organization. Coach Shane Higgins and his team competed against some of the most talented teams in the Midwest to win the event hosted by USSSA.
The Prospects organization has led the area for sanctioned event championships in most major affiliations such as USSSA, CABA, GMB, Game Day USA and others. The Prospects are looking to expand at age levels 8U thru 16U in 2016 and tryouts begin July 13th. The Prospects Xposure program for college recruitment and development will expand to 15U and 16U in 2016. The 2015 15U team has already set its mark at 18-4 on the season with runner-ups at Carthage College (17 regional teams) and Elite Six Bracket play at the University of Michigan (19 regional teams).
The 9U Prospects continue to lead the area for consistent development and accomplishment on and off the field of play. These student athletes undergo a character and leadership program, Chalk Talk classroom settings for baseball acumen and in 2016 will adapt to a position specific clinic and camp opportunity during winter training.
