Prowlers Steal Appliances From Foreclosed House in New Lenox
The bank took the house but the burglars got the appliances.
Appliances were stolen from a New Lenox house in foreclosure.
The theft from the house on Edmonds Avenue was reported to police shortly after 10 a.m. Monday. An officer sent to the residence was told an “unknown person forced entry to (a) house under foreclosure and removed appliances,” police said.
Detectives were looking into the case, police said.
