Recreation Director Retires From New Lenox Park District
Shirley Braglia has retired after more than 30 years with the New Lenox Park District.
NEW LENOX, IL - Shirley Braglia recently retired after more than 30 years with the New Lenox Park District.
Braglia most recently served as the director of recreation for the district, according to a Herald-News feature on her retirement.
Braglia had been with the district since 1985, when she started in a role as a part-time gymnastics instructor. Since then she has been a gymnastics coordinator, program coordinator, recreation coordinator, recreation supervisor and recreation superintendent.
