Registration Open Now For New Lenox Park District's Gobbler Gauntlet 5K
Registration is $35, with net proceeds going to the park district's scholarship program. Race is at The Sanctuary Golf Course.
NEW LENOX, IL — Registration is open now for the New Lenox Community Park District's Gobbler Gauntlet 5K.
The run/walk—set against the backdrop of Sanctuary Golf Course—will take place Saturday, Nov. 21.
The race starts at 8 a.m. Registration is $35; register by Oct. 31 to receive a race shirt. Same-day registration is also available. Race check-in is at 7 a.m. All participants will receive one free drink inside the clubhouse after completing the race.

The course is mostly flat with a few rolling hills, with a water station, electronic timing and medals for age-group winners.
