Running With Friends 5K Planned In New Lenox
The route will have a water station as well as an electronically-timed finish line.
NEW LENOX, IL — Although spring may seem far away, you can already register for the Running with Friends 5K in New Lenox. The New Lenox Community Park District will hold the race at 8 a.m. Saturday, April 18 starting at The Sanctuary Golf Course.
According to the park district, the race is for those ages 7 and older. The route will have a water station as well as an electronically-timed finish line.
Proceeds from the race benefit the New Lenox Friends of the Parks.

You can register for the race online. If you register before April 10, it is $30.
