Water Table Stolen Before Manhattan Irish Fest 5K Run
Police are trying to find a table, 10 gallons of water and about 100 disposable cups that were stolen before Saturday morning's race.
MANHATTAN, IL - A table that was to be used during the Manhattan Irish Fest 5K race Saturday morning was stolen, Manhattan police said on Facebook Sunday. The a bi-fold collapsible table was positioned early in the morning on U.S. Route 52 near Ivanhoe Boulevard, across from Roadhouse 52.
Also gone are the 100 or so disposable cups with an emblazoned "Chicago Marathon" on them as well as 10 gallons of drinking water.
