Sports Photo Gallery: Rebels Baseball Runs into Hot Pitching

It was one hot day, two hot pitchers.

Billy Markonas and Anthony Arquila teamed up to pitch the Oak Lawn Lightning to a 5-0 victory over the New Lenox Rebels in a 10-under all-star tourney game in Tinley Park.

The Rebels gathered a few hits. But, on a day when the temperature climbed into the mid-90s, they were unable to capitalize on their scoring opportunities.
