Suspicious Man Approaches Child At Bus Stop In New Lenox: Cops
A man in a small, white car spoke to a student at a bus stop near Vine and Wood streets Wednesday, officials said.
NEW LENOX, IL — The village of New Lenox sent out a community advisory alert about a suspicious vehicle Wednesday morning. According to the advisory, a man in an older, small, white car spoke to a student at a bus stop.
The driver was a white man in his 20s. Police said he asked the child what school they attended and if the child wanted a ride to school. The juvenile said no, and the driver left the area.
