The Lions in Winter: New Lenox Lions Wrap Christmas Gifts For Needy Families

The New Lenox Lions Clubs worked hard last week to make Christmas happier for more than 50 families.

The New Lenox Lions Club wrapped and delivered Christmas gifts to more than 50 needy families.

The club members and their families took part in the effort last week. Families received three large boxes of food and toys for those with children.

"This is one event of many the Lions Club plans each year to help support New Lenox," said club member Bob Herling. "I am proud of what work and support the Lions Club does for the community."
