Patch talked with Tom Fetherling, owner of for 28 years, who has been creating corned beef dinners for St. Patrick's Day for 13 years. He and his wife, Pam, have been preparing their special corned beef recipe since Sunday, and people can have a taste by ordering an $8.99 dinner at the deli today from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
