Village Debuts New Payment System for Utilities

New Lenox’s Mayor Baldermann and the New Lenox Village Board recently announced a new utility bill payment option for utility customer convenience. In addition to the current payment methods, the following option is now available:

New Lenox utility customers can now pay their utility bill online with a credit card or debit card. To sign up for “E-Billing” visit www.newlenoxutilities.com to request an account. This option also allows customers to view their utility bill online or receive bills electronically through e-mail. In addition to having the convenience of paying their utility bill at any time, day or night, the customer has the ability to view their water bill history and usage.

Current payment methods, ACH, two Dropboxes at the Village Hall, E-Pay, mail and in person payments are still available and no additional signup is required.
