West Fest Planned for March 18

Several popular vendors return for West Fest 2017 at Lincoln-Way West High School.

NEW LENOX, IL - West Fest 2017 will be held on Saturday, March 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lincoln-Way West High School, 21701 S. Gougar Rd. in New Lenox.

More than 100 vendors, most of which sell handcrafted items at their booths, will be in attendance for the seventh annual event at the school. Popular vendors returning to the event this year include Kernel Sweetooth (popcorn, fudge and homemade sugar cookies), Ewe-Pique Products (handmade metal decor), Pop Can Jewelry (handmade up cycled soda pop can items), Creme by Sarah Ashley (cupcakes, cake pops, cookies and donuts) and Kimberlys' Kupboard (all natural, homemade herbal products and teas).

The cost is $3 for anyone 13 and older.

The event is sponsored by the Lincoln West Music Boosters, with all proceeds set to benefit the Lincoln-Way West High School music programs.

Live music performed by all the Lincoln Way West ensembles, the cast of Catch Me If You Can, and other local music groups through out the day
