What Can I Say to Convince Them to Quit?

Substance abuse affects everyone, not just the abuser. Sometimes the best course of action for those closest to the abuser is to educate themselves about the dynamics of addiction and help the abuser see and feel the negative consequences of his or her behavior.

Rosecrance, in collaboration with David Lee, is offering a free training to equip families with the tools needed to guide their loved one toward help.

Participants will hear a personal story of addiction and recovery, learn what to avoid when talking with a loved one who abused drugs or alcohol, and connect with helpful resources for support.
