All ages are invited to come play video games. Test out our *new* Xbox 360 with Kinect, play games on the Wii, or rock out with PlayStation! The Xbox 360 equipment is a generous gift from the Friends of the Library.
Teen Screens
Despicable Me (2010, PG, 95 min.)

Teen Library Council members chose this fun, animated film. Join us and watch it with other teens! Snacks will be provided.
Knitting
Sat., Aug. 13, 1 pm
Bring a project or learn basic knitting skills! Supplies needed: one pair of knitting needles, size 8, and one skein (8oz.) of knitting cotton yarn, any color. Registration is required.
Mango Club
Mon., Aug. 15, 7 pm
Want to learn a new language? Come to Mango Club! Hang out with other teens, eat snacks, and learn words in a foreign language to impress your friends and family.
Improv Club
Wed., Aug. 17, 7-8:30 pm
Do you like to perform? Play fun improvisational games up on stage! Not a fan of the spotlight? Come watch and give scene suggestions! No experience needed.
Gettin’ Saucy Teen Cooking Class
Wed., Aug. 24, 6 pm: reg. opens 8/10
Learn to prepare delicious food! There is room for eight chefs; reserve your spot today! Registration is required.
