Niles, Ill. (December 11, 2013) –An emotional Mayor Andrew Przybylo and the Board of Trustees presented Sergeant Dominic J. Rossi the Key to the City for his selfless service to our community and our country during his seven years in the United States Marine Corps. Srgt. Rossi rose to the rank of sergeant and received the Combat Action Ribbon, Navy Unit Commendation, Selected Marine Corps Reserve Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, and Armed Forces Reserve Medal.
