Chair Yoga

You provide the body...we’ll provide ways to increase your flexibility, strength and balance.

Yoga is all about flexibility...and we are flexible about whether we sit on a chair or chairs; hold onto a chair doing standing poses, or even if we use the chair to do supine poses.  In other words, you can do yoga any way you want AND you don’t need to be a human pretzel to enjoy these classes...

Just bring yourself, your enthusiasm and a desire to “be here now” in your life and your body.
