The Morton Grove Cable and Telecommunications Commission is sponsoring a free Citizens Utility Board (CUB) 2 day seminar to show residents how to save money on their home phone, cell phone, gas and electric bills Tuesday, November 9th at 7p and Thursday, November 11th at 2p. Just bring your current bills with you to be analyzed to the Morton Grove Civic Center, 6140 Dempster St.
