Interfaith Housing Center of the Northern Suburbs, the North Shore’s premier advocate for fair and affordable housing,will conduct a free, one-hour training session designed specifically to help condominium and homeowner association members understand their rights and responsibilities under federal fair housing law.
This session will better equip associations’ leaders and members with the knowledge they need to avoid legal liability for housing discrimination—including unintentional discrimination—when handling resident issues. Participants will learn how to identify and properly address fair housing issues with both current and potential residents.
