The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from

Governor Bruce Rauner that all persons or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the flags at half-staff in honor of:

Chicago Police Commander Paul Bauer

Please lower the United States flags and the State flags at all buildings occupied by your agency's personnel from:

Sunrise: Thursday, February 15, 2018 until
Sunset: Saturday, February 17, 2018

Unable to lower your flag? Attaching a black ribbon to the top of a U.S. flag is an acceptable alternative for flags that cannot be lowered to half-staff. (See picture)
