The Niles Public Library District Board of Trustees set the budget review schedule for 2017-2018 fiscal year.
The Board of Trustees set the budget review schedule for the 2017-2018 fiscal year. The fiscal year starts on July 1, 2017. Board meetings are open to the public. Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 7:00pm: Budget Draft Presented to Board of Trustees.
Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 7:15pm: Special Board Meeting to discuss budget and ask clarifying questions. Approve the Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance.

Week of May 1, 2017: Publish Notice of Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance Public Hearing.
Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 6:55pm: Hold Public Hearing on Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance.
Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 7:00pm: Approve Final Budget and Appropriation Ordinance.
Niles Public Library District is located at 6960 W. Oakton St, the northeast corner of the Oakton and Waukegan intersection. Library hours are Monday through Thursday, 9am to 9pm, Friday, 9am to 7pm, Saturday, 9am to 5pm and Sunday, 1 to 5 pm.
